MD Surveys are fully insured, SEAI & VAT registered professionals providing high quality services which is reflected in our prices.
All properties are individual and therefore the time and effort required to complete the assessment and prepare and publish the report will vary.
There are numerous factors which will impact the final price, such as:
- Location of property
- Size of property
- Additional complexities (extension, other upgrade works – heat pumps, new windows etc.)
- Preparation of report
Below is a guide price for a Domestic BER. All prices are inclusive of VAT and the €30 SEAI Publication fee to publish a certificate on the national BER register.
